First Lady Constance F. Hash is a born again believer. She says she is one who loves the Lord and is fully committed to serving others with the love of Christ at the center. She is the wife of Reverend Dwight Hash, Sr. and has served alongside of her husband in 40 years of ministry and over 40 years in his pastorate. She currently serves with her husband who is the Pastor of the Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church. Lady Hash serves as Director of Christian Education at Bethlehem, and was just recently selected to serve as the General President of the Guilford Missionary Baptist Association Sunday School Congress.
First Lady Hash is a Ram - graduated from Winston-Salem State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She received her Master’s Degree in Elementary Education as well as her Master’s Degree Level Certification in School Principalship from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. First Lady Hash served for 37 years in the Winston-Salem/ Forsyth County Schools as teacher, assistant principal, and principal, as well as principal coach. She recently launched a company, Mastertouch Educational and Family Consulting which serves families in supporting their children’s education through tutorial, academic coaching, and parent coaching. She has received a number of awards in her tenure.
Although she is grateful that God has blessed her professional career, Lady Hash asserts that papers, diplomas and credentials do not by any stretch match the power of the anointing and the credentialing that God gives all of his men and women who are called to do his will, and that everything meaningful and good that happens on earth through the servant leadership of Christians, without a doubt, God is at the core of it, and is pleased with it.
First Lady Hash is convinced that God wants to do exceedingly and abundantly more with our lives than we can even ask or think - to render our families supported, uplifted, and underpinned for living a life filled with love, equality, and quality.
Lady Hash and Pastor Hash share two children and five grandchildren ranging from age 4 through 17. First Lady Hash is happy that both she and her husband have been blessed by God, and that they can see God’s blessings extending to their family.
